AI Photo Estimation
The AI Photo Estimation feature allows you to upload photos of each room to receive automatic rehab cost estimates. Here's how to use it:
- Navigate to the 'Photo Estimation' section.
- Upload clear photos of the rooms you want to estimate.
- Allow the AI Vision engine to analyze the images.
The AI will assess the condition of flooring, walls, fixtures, appliances, and structural elements, providing you with a detailed cost estimate.
